How Fast Will You Lose on The Super Fast Diet ?
Since my medical reputation is at stake, I won't make fantastic or false
claims about your predicted weight loss. This is a scientifically-proven

weight loss claims out here on the Internet. "Lose 9 pounds every 11 days,"
"Lose 28 pounds in 3 weeks," "Lose 30 pounds in 30 days." Unless you cut off
an arm or a leg, weight losses of this magnitude are almost impossible. (I
say "almost" because an extremely overweight person or someone who has a lot
of water weight may lose up to 10 pounds in the first week of dieting. This

loss at this speed doesn't happen except in our dreams).
How fast an individual will lose weight (after than first magic week)
depends on a number of factors. Your age, starting weight (fatter people
